As a former Broker-in-Charge overseeing operations in Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Florida, he helped facilitate more than $1 billion in vacation real estate transactions.

Throughout his career, Shortridge has played a key role in the development of nearly 200 residential communities and contributed to the growth of a vacation property management company to more than 2,600 units under management. This large-scale experience provides him with a deep understanding of market strategy, development, negotiation, and delivering exceptional client service.

Now focused on serving clients closer to home, Shortridge is proud to bring his expertise to the Lake Norman market. Rooted in Davidson, where his daughter attends school and his family is actively involved in their local church, he is deeply committed to the community he calls home.
