As a former Broker-in-Charge overseeing operations in Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Florida, he helped facilitate more than $1 billion in vacation real estate transactions.

Throughout his career, Shortridge has played a key role in the development of nearly 200 residential communities and contributed to the growth of a vacation property management company to more than 2,600 units under management.
