You don't have to pack provisions and say goodbye to your family every time you need to run to Ingles.Want to build one house and keep your woods around you? Makes sense.Want some flexibility with the land down the road? The Hominy Fields restrictions allow a lot to be divided for private residential use, provided no resulting lot is less than 1.5 acres.
