The spacious cabin offers two bedrooms and a loft. The primary bedroom welcomes you with a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom features flexible bunk beds - a double below and a twin above. For additional sleeping arrangements, head up to the loft where two more twin beds await, providing a cozy retreat or storage area. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials, including a cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils, and a coffee maker and toaster. Shared laundry facilities are available. Residents enjoy access to resort amenities, including a community pool, basketball and volleyball courts, a playground, and a newly built pet park?something for everyone. Our cabins offer complimentary Wi-Fi and are equipped with Roku TVs, which include Spectrum cable and access to free streaming channels. Prospective monthly and seasonal residents must undergo a background check and receive approval from Barefoot Landing Management. We allow a maximum of two pets per unit; however, a $400 nonrefundable deposit is required for the first pet, with an additional $35 per month for each pet thereafter. Each cabin and cottage can accommodate up to two vehicles, and any trailers or boats must be stored in the designated area, which incurs an additional fee.
