If you have a life-threatening emergency, please call 911! Otherwise during normal business hours, please submit your repair and/or maintenance request via phone to 704-662-6049 OR submit your request through your tenant portal OR via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have an after-hours emergency (no air conditioning, no heat or an active plumbing leak), please call our after-hours emergency line at 704-657-8889.
For your convenience, rental payments can be made 24 hours a day 7 days a week by logging in to your Tenant Portal. Electronic Check payments are subject to a $3.00 convenience fee per transaction. Credit or Debit payments are subject to a $39.00 fee on the total amount charged to the card per transaction. We accept Visa, Discover & MasterCard. We do NOT accept American Express.
