Jenny Fitzjarrell

After more than ten successful years as a Biomedical Engineer and Hospital Department Manager, Jenny Fitzjarrell has committed herself to helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals through much of the same tools she used in her previous career. Tools like effective listening and communicating, accessibility, availability, problem-solving and high-level customer service all become integral parts of forging successful, long-lasting relationships with her clientele. When we asked her about it, she said, "For me, Real Estate and Biomedical Engineering have one key factor in common, both are about finding solutions to problems. Whether it’s a first-time home buyer who needs credit help or a seller with a home requiring a unique marketing plan, I find solutions to get the job done. While I found a lot of success in the Biomed world, focusing my energy on helping people achieve their own success through the buying and selling of Real Estate is my Passion! I believe that home ownership is a key factor in building personal wealth and provides benefits such as funding your retirement or putting your kids through college. I absolutely love working with new people and taking on a challenge. There's nothing I find more rewarding than having the opportunity to be a part of someone's biggest financial decision while cultivating deeper connections and creating positive change in my community." Whether working with a first-time buyer or selling the home of a more seasoned client, Jenny can navigate the Lake Norman market with ease. She says, "I love what Lake Norman and the surrounding areas have to offer; there’s something for everyone! Affordable and Luxury homes, Shopping, Craft Breweries, Fantastic Dining, and of course, ALL Things LAKE!" As a Certified Residential Military Specialist, Jenny has focused much of her career to helping support our troops with their housing needs: "My Dad was Air Force and we moved around a lot! I know exactly how stressful and scary moving can be and I'm grateful to be a resource to veteran and active military and their families." In her spare time, Jenny can be found on the Volleyball court, in the mountains, at a football game (Go Broncos), or enjoying a concert. When it comes to hanging out with family and friends she says, "it's BBQ's, vacations, and a glass of wine (or 3)!"
