Trusted Adviser—In 2013, I received a call from former clients whom I assisted in purchasing their home a couple of years earlier. My client was being transferred by his employer. He and his wife were greatly concerned because they had not owned the home for long. The national news was full of stories about homes that had lost value during the market downturn. Their frowns turned to smiles when I showed them my market analysis. Their home had retained value because they purchased at a great price. I was able to sell their home in just a few days! They were very grateful that they trusted me and my advice. I guide my clients and help them make informed decisions for their real estate needs. My several years of experience through both, up and down, real estate markets, make that possible. Most of my business consists of referrals from satisfied former buyers and sellers.

About Me—I grew up in Memphis, TN but relocated several times with my husband and three children for my husband’s career. Tennessee, Virginia, Arizona, Oklahoma, Texas and finally, North Carolina have all been called “home” for us. After all that moving, I decided I would help others do the same.
When I am not out selling houses, I enjoy running and I am a member of Riverlife Fellowship Church in Mooresville. My dog Jack, and beautiful grandchildren, Nate and Frances make me laugh and smile. Frances does not call me Grandma….she calls me “Happy.”
