Although originally from West Virginia, I fell in love with North Carolina at an early age. As a child, we would spend summers at my family’s Lake Norman vacation home. Throughout the years, I have seen Denver flourish and knew Lake Norman was where I wanted to build my life. After attending college as a student-athlete in Greensboro, NC, I moved to Denver and put my Business Major to work by creating a property management business for my family’s investment properties. It started with one vacation rental (our original lake house) and now consists of 3 vacation rentals, 2 long term rentals, and 2 commercial properties. After successfully managing the rental properties, I realized the abundance of people interested in relocating to the area. Therefore, while I managed and built the property management side, I obtained my real estate license and decided to hang my license with Lake Norman Realty. Since I started in real estate sales, I have obtained numerous accolades for listing and sales achievements. Most notably, in 2018, I received Lake Norman Realty’s coveted “Success Award for Outstanding Sales Performance.” A year where I was also nationally recognized by our referral network, “Leading Real Estate Agencies of the World” for my unique marketing approach on luxury listings. In 2019, I was honored to be featured in “Lake Norman Currents Magazine” in their “Women in Business” issue. My most recent achievement to date is being awarded the Charlotte Region's "2020 Rising Star Award" through Five Star Professional. With over 7 million in sales since my journey began, I believe my success can be accredited towards my strong work ethic, communication skills, and my unique marketing approach. I think a sense of client relations has been lost in the real estate realm and with my background in customer service I know how much going that extra step means.
