Although originally from WV, I have been traveling to Denver for over 15 years to my family’s vacation home. From my years of traveling to the lake every summer, I fell in love with North Carolina and decided to continue my education as a student athlete at Guilford College in Greensboro. At Guilford, I graduated with a Business Administration degree and a double minor in Sports Management and Human Resources. After graduation, I knew exactly where I was going to live and start my life- Lake Norman.
I moved to my family’s lake home and began working for a collegiate wood bat baseball team, the Mooresville Spinners. While at the Spinners, I developed and managed their marketing department, and was able to double sponsorships and fan base in my first year. After being around baseball all my life, I did not want to make it my career. Therefore, while I was working for the Spinners, I was also obtaining my real estate license and growing a property management business. Since then, I have become a 5-Star “super host” for my vacation rentals, my long term residential and commercial rentals are kept fully occupied, and I am a licensed Realtor with Lake Norman Realty, Inc.
In 2018, I received Lake Norman Realty’s 2018 Success Award for Outstanding Sales Performance. I believe my success is credited towards my work ethic and marketing skills. I am technically savvy and very familiar with the new social marketing of today. In regards to real estate sales, I would not consider myself a “mega” agent; as I have no desire to have 10 or more listings. I prefer to have a handful of listings in order to give each property and homeowner the respect and attention they deserve.
My promise to you is if you give me the honor of selling your home, I will never take your trust in me for granted and I will provide you with the level of professionalism you are meant to have!
