our associates have been through an intense professional training program, which provides them
with hands-on training to handle all aspects of real estate transactions with highly professional

COMPENSATION
Flexibility, choice, and competitive commission structures are found in Lake Norman Realty’s
various compensation plans. We offer an array of plans with different structures to meet the
differing needs of our associates. Some of the features of our plans include: annual or rolling
12-month average, seniority bonuses, new agent bonuses, and in-house bonuses.
DYNAMIC TRAINING PROGRAMS
We offer a professional in-house, in-depth post licensing training
program, as well as ongoing training for the new and experienced
associates. Our training is conducted locally within our company.

for our sales associates and clients. The company provides maintenance, utilities, janitorial,
and landscaping in order to project the best image possible with no desk fees to our associates.

COMMUNITY AND ASSOCIATION RELATIONSHIPS
Many doors are open for our associates through the company’s affiliation with the National and North
Carolina Association of REALTORS, Charlotte Regional REALTORS Association, Charlotte Commercial Board
of REALTORS and the Carolina Multiple Listing Service. Through Lake Norman Realty’s memberships with
the Lake Norman, Mooresville-South Iredell, Statesville, and Charlotte Chambers of Commerce, East
Lincoln Betterment Association, and the Lake Norman and Iredell Home Builders Associations, our
associates are active in community events, conventions, networking functions, and other benefits
of membership in these organizations. Lake Norman Realty has always been on the forefront in
