Whether helping a fellow businessman pick up rental properties or assisting a family in finding their new home, excellence in customer service paired with a strong background in business make Kurt a Realtor® who treats his clients as he would want to be treated, guiding them through real estate transactions using his business knowledge and personal investor experience, always with the end goal of a profitable investment. Kurt always goes the extra mile for his clients, for example, showing lakefront properties by boat to help waterfront buyers get to know the lake better.
Kurt comes to Lake Norman Realty with personal and professional experience in both sales and property management. In addition to past real estate sales experience, he has owned and operated personal residential investment properties in Florida and Michigan.
Prior to entering real estate professionally in 2006, Kurt worked in the hospitality industry as a resort and country club executive both in Florida and in Highlands, North Carolina. He earned a BA in Business from Michigan State University, and holds real estate licenses in both Florida and North Carolina.
"While I have a background in hospitality and customer service, my biggest pay days have always come from my personal real estate investments,” Kurt said. “When I moved to North Carolina, I decided to combine my hobby with my profession to assist my real estate clients in making profitable investment decisions.”
Kurt joined the Lake Norman Realty Cornelius office for its professional reputation in the lake community. A licensed real estate Broker by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, Kurt is also a member of the national, state and local associations, and holds the professional Realtor® designation.
“He’s an expert in listening to his clients’ needs and providing them with superior service, and I’m thrilled to have Kurt on board in our Cornelius office,” said Abigail Jennings, President of Lake Norman Realty. He specializes in the lake towns of Huntersville, Cornelius and Mooresville, and currently resides in Cornelius.
