As a resident of Lake Norman, Tim Caryl has 27 years of residential and commercial real estate experience, the last 14 years right here in the Charlotte area. Beginning his real estate career in residential lending in the Phoenix market in the early 80’s, Caryl’s background includes managing and selling bank assets during the Savings and Loan crisis as well as managing branch networks for national mortgage companies spanning the eastern United States. More recently, Caryl specialized in assisting lenders and property owners in the management and sale of both performing and distressed commercial real estate properties.
Tim Caryl graduated from the University of Iowa in 1982 with majors in Finance and Marketing and completed his MBA at Arizona State University in 1989.
In December of 2009, Mr. Caryl accepted the role of Broker in Charge of Lake Norman Realty’s Property Management department which handles a portfolio of 285 income properties throughout the Lake Norman area.
