Amanda has a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Master’s degree in Counseling. “As a counselor, I was trained to be a good listener and I have a true desire to help others. This has proven to be valuable in many areas of my life and is extremely helpful in real estate. I want to really listen to my clients and truly hear what they are looking for,” says Amanda.
A native of Troutman, Amanda has a true love of Iredell County. She is currently serving her second term on the Town Board for Troutman. In the past, she has served on the Planning and Zoning Board as well as the Board of Adjustments. Amanda sees Iredell County as a place of diversity and having a great quality of life. “The northern end is beautiful with its farmlands and foothills and the southern end offers gorgeous Lake Norman. I believe this is a great place to raise children,” says Amanda.
Amanda is an experienced real estate associate. After a career with Harry Tsumas at Amity Development, Lake Norman Realty was Amanda’s choice because “of their reputation for integrity and working with owners that are local.”
In her spare time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her two boys.
